Shipping policy

Please allow 1–2 business days for us to process your order after payment is confirmed. Transit times below are estimates from dispatch, not guaranteed arrival dates. Weekends, public holidays, remote addresses, peak periods and customs can add time.

Shipping charges are shown before you pay. Prices include GST/VAT where we are required to charge it — we do not add extra GST at checkout. Check your address is correct before you order.

Lost, damaged or late
Until the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us, we are responsible for it — not you, and not the courier. If it is lost, damaged, or unreasonably late, contact us with your order number. We will resend or refund as the law requires.

Customs
Your country’s customs authority or the carrier may still charge import duty or brokerage on arrival. That is separate from the GST/VAT already included in our price. We cannot control how long clearance takes.

Your legal rights
This policy does not limit rights you already have:

• Australia — goods must arrive in acceptable condition within a reasonable time. ACL guarantees cannot be excluded.
• USA — we must ship in the time we advertise, or within 30 days if none is stated. If we will miss that, we will offer a delay or a cancel-and-refund.
• UK — unless another time is agreed, delivery must be without undue delay and within 30 days. A published window is the agreed time. Risk stays with us until the goods are in your possession.
• Canada — if goods are not delivered within 30 days of the promised date (or of purchase if no date was given), many provinces let you cancel before you accept delivery.
• New Zealand — if we arrange delivery, goods must arrive on time (or within a reasonable time) and in acceptable condition.
• Elsewhere — local mandatory consumer law still applies.
